Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

Every new restaurant gets a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and the first subscription charge happens only when it ends. If you do not want to continue, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time in the app under More → Subscription → Cancel plan. Cancelling stops future automatic renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.

3. Refunds on subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged per billing period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and are not refundable once the period has started, because access is provided for the whole period. We do refund:

• a duplicate charge, or a charge made in error;
• a charge taken after a cancellation that was completed before the renewal date;
• any amount we are required to refund by law.

4. Wallet balance

Wallet top-ups (the e-bill and marketing wallets) do not expire. Money already spent on messages is not refundable. If you close your account, you can ask for your unused wallet balance back and we will refund it to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable payment-gateway charges.

If your wallet was charged for a message that we failed to submit to WhatsApp because of an error on our side, contact us and we will credit it back.

5. How to ask for a refund

Contact us using the details below from the mobile number registered on your account, and tell us your restaurant name, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason. We reply within 7 days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Closing your account

To delete your account and data, see Delete your account. Deleting your account also stops any subscription renewals.
