SwaadBill

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of SwaadBill, billing and kitchen-order software built and operated by Stack Bharat Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, website or dealer panel you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SwaadBill.

1. Who can use SwaadBill

SwaadBill is for restaurant and food-business owners and their staff, aged 18 or over, who can enter into a binding contract under Indian law. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to.

2. Your account

You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number on WhatsApp. You are responsible for your phone and for the staff and kitchen-display numbers you add — anyone who can receive a code on those numbers can log in to your restaurant. Tell us promptly if you think someone has access who should not.

3. Free trial, subscription and wallets

  • New restaurants get a 7-day free trial. After it ends, billing in the app needs an active subscription.
  • Subscriptions are monthly, quarterly or yearly at the prices shown in the app, and renew automatically through Razorpay until you cancel. Each plan includes 300 free WhatsApp e-bills per rolling 30-day cycle.
  • Beyond the free e-bills, and for promotional messages, you use prepaid wallet balance. At the time of writing, an extra e-bill costs ₹0.35 and a promotional message costs ₹1.50 per recipient. Rates may change; the app always shows the current rate.
  • Messages are charged when we submit them to WhatsApp, not on confirmed delivery. If your wallet cannot cover a message, the bill is still saved and only the WhatsApp message is skipped.
  • Taxes are added where applicable. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use SwaadBill lawfully, and keep the information you enter accurate.
  • Customer consent. Only send promotional WhatsApp messages to customers who have agreed to receive them, and stop when a customer asks. You must follow WhatsApp’s business policies and applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023. Do not send spam, unlawful or misleading content.
  • Your bills and taxes. SwaadBill helps you prepare bills and GST figures, but you are responsible for the correctness of your invoices, tax rates, GSTIN and filings. We do not give tax or legal advice.
  • AI features. Voice-to-bill, menu scanning and suggested offers can make mistakes. Review them before use. Offers are never sent unless you tap Send.
  • Do not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or overload the service, or try to access another restaurant’s data.

5. Messaging and availability

WhatsApp messages depend on WhatsApp and our messaging partner, and delivery is not guaranteed. The app is designed to keep working without internet and to sync when you reconnect; a device that is lost, wiped or never syncs may lose data not yet uploaded. We work to keep SwaadBill available but may suspend it for maintenance or outside events.

6. Dealers

Dealers are independent partners who help restaurants sign up. A dealer earns commission, at a rate we set, on subscription payments from restaurants that entered their Dealer ID. Dealers are not our employees and cannot change these terms or make promises on our behalf. Commission records are kept for accounting and are settled by us directly with the dealer.

7. Your data

Your menu, bills and customer data remain yours. You give us permission to process them to provide SwaadBill, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to delete your account at any time from the Delete your account page.

8. Suspension and ending

You may stop using SwaadBill and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, abuses WhatsApp messaging, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable we will tell you first.

9. Intellectual property

SwaadBill, its name, logo, software and design belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your own business while your account is active.

10. Our liability

SwaadBill is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost sales or profits, or losses from message delivery failures, tax or billing errors, or data not yet synced. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We will tell you in the app or on this site about material changes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, after you have first tried to resolve it with us using the contact details below.
